What an absolute privilege it has been to work alongside Flora, Penny, Prudance and Ruth from Siyanda Chrome Investments on the GBV Awareness Campaign and the Self‑defence Train‑the‑Trainer Initiative.

These four remarkable ladies successfully completed an intensive ten‑hour introductory programme in Krav Maga Close‑Quarters Combat. Not only did they perform the techniques with confidence, they were also able to articulate the technical principles behind each movement with impressive clarity. Their engagement, curiosity and advanced line of questioning demonstrated a mindset that is already operating at an exceptional level.
