- Krav Maga CQC Level 3 Instructor
- Basic Emergency First Aid Responder – NQF Level 2
Anél is the heart of our Academy, serving full-time across multiple key roles, from technical advisor and instructor to communications, sales, marketing, and personal assistant to Alan Mann. When you reach out to us, it’s Anél who will warmly and professionally assist you.
With a diverse martial arts background in karate, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, kickboxing and some firearms training, Anél joined the Academy in 2020. Since then, she has shadowed and trained under Alan Mann for over two and a half years, continuing to work closely with him to refine her technical expertise and teaching methodology.
It wasn’t until Anél discovered Krav Maga that she truly experienced empowerment and overcame the lasting effects of C-PTSD — no other martial art came close. This personal transformation drives her passion for helping others. She is deeply committed to empowering men, women, and teenagers alike, focusing on practical self-defence, confidence-building, and situational awareness both inside and outside the dojo.
