What do we offer?

WE TRAIN YOU TO DEFEND YOURSELF AGAINST ATTACKS ON YOU BY CRIMINALS!

We train you to;
CLEAR the incoming threat / attack so that you do not get grabbed, stabbed, shot or struck.

Then;
CONTROL the weapon and the attacker so that the danger of the attack (In legal terms; the ACT) cannot continue.

Then;
COUNTER – ESCAPE, if it is possible to do this. In our country the attacker (alleged criminal) is armed. This alone shows his intent to do grievous bodily harm or worse. If you are unable to escape without harm to you, you must then use your trained skills to counter (defeat – injure) the attacker in the shortest time (5 seconds) in such a manner that he is totally unable to continue the attack against you.

What weapons defence techniques do we have / teach?
We have six Gun Defence techniques and seven Knife Defence techniques (with some additional transitions and ‘starts’). We use any one (or more depending on the action / reaction of the attacker) of these during his initial attack and our counter-attack.

How did these come about?
Moshe has developed his “self defence” concepts and, over time, has fine-tuned these to reduce complexity, increase speed and improve the use of the body’s natural gross motor movements to enable us to defend against criminal threats and attacks. This process is on-going and there is always a possibility that other techniques may be ‘fine-tuned’ further.

South Africa is rated as the fifth most dangerous crime riddled country in the world. (2021) The criminal here may kill just for a cell phone, car, other valuables (or more) or kill you without even stealing anything. We have to train hard and fastidiously to ensure success in our defences. We have many Students who have had personal experiences in having to defend themselves, since training with us, against attacks by criminals and they have successfully defended themselves.
