A lifelong martial artist and accomplished karate champion, Herman has represented South Africa internationally and won multiple titles, including the All-African Heavyweight Full-Contact Karate Tournament. Since joining the Academy in 2021, he has successfully combined his karate expertise with Krav Maga’s tactical effectiveness, offering a powerful and practical self-defence system to students.
